Talent Centric was founded by a determined working mum with impressive business expertise, brilliant ideas, and a constant desire to help businesses and professionals achieve much more together.
After many years as a business owner and then as an employee, it became clear to me that I couldn't be part of companies that believed recruitment and talent services should be mainly about money or commissions.
The job market can be particularly harsh on professionals and students, as well as challenging for businesses that struggle to find and retain talented individuals.
This search for the right match shouldn't be that hard, expensive, stressful or lonely to either side.
That's why Talent Centric was founded with the MISSION to make recruitment and talent services about PEOPLE, about CARE and TRUE SUCCESS while reducing HIRING COSTS.
